MikroVeda FERMENT STARTER 250ml (DE ÖKO 037)
For example, as a start-up aid for the fermentation of pickled vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
Water, molasses* and types of sugar* (the molasses and types of sugar are consumed by the microorganisms during the fermentation process and converted into lactic acid); microorganisms**; probiotic microorganisms.

APPLICATION
As a starting aid for the fermentation of pickled vegetables, such as. eg: sauerkraut, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, cucumber, celeriac, kohlrabi, corn on the cob, carrots, peppers, beetroot, red cabbage, silver onions, semi-ripe tomatoes, white cabbage, savoy cabbage.

DOSAGE
Approx. 25 ml MikroVeda FERMENTSTARTER per kilo of fermentation vegetables.

Further application examples: 1 L yogurt: 1 tbsp (approx. 10 ml) lactic acid starter with 1 teaspoon of prebiotic fiber (e.g. inulin) on 1 L of room-warm milk (also milk alternatives).
Bread: approx. 1 tbsp lactic acid starter on 1 kg flour for a batch sourdough.
Lemonade: If desired, stir in approx. 1 tbsp of lactic acid starter in water and additive (e.g. lime juice, ginger, mint, etc.) as desired, leave to rest for 30 minutes, enjoy).

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Consists of 100% natural raw materials. All ingredients are of purely vegetable origin and from certified organic cultivation. Raw food quality, suitable for a vegan diet. Has a golden yellow, natural color and a spicy sweet and sour smell. Is lactose and gluten free, contains no preservatives or synthetic flavors. Is ferment active. Made with mindfulness and love.

STORAGE
Please store the product in a cool, dry and protected from light, before opening at max. + 25 ° C, after opening in the refrigerator (at approx. + 7 ° C). Can be used for at least 4 weeks after opening. Carbon dioxide formation can create a slight overpressure in the bottle. Any white yeast flakes that form do not affect the quality of the product. Unopened, at least until: see batch sticker.
